About Us
Dr. Fred Hornack is a UNC Chapel Hill graduate, who went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1983 from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, where he met his wife Gail. Together they moved to North Carolina in 1984 where Dr. Hornack opened the doors to Stanley Eye Clinic. Over the years Dr. Hornack and Gail have enjoyed living and raising their 3 children in this quaint town, making life long memories. In his spare time, Dr. Hornack enjoys reading books, playing his guitar and watching sports, Go Heels! They are proud to serve the Stanley community with any eyecare needs.
We provide comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams and fittings, frame and lens orders, along with treatment of disease and injury.

Contact Lens Exam and Fitting: $130.00 and up
